Ingredients of Cappuccino Mousse
- You need 150 grams of Marshmallows.
- It's 50 grams of Caster Sugar.
- You need 250 grams of Finely chopped 70% Dark Chocolate.
- It's 60 ml of Espresso Coffee.
- It's 300 ml of Double Cream.
- It's 8 tbsp of Crème Fraiche.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Icing Sugar.
- You need 1 tbsp of Vanilla Bean Paste.
- It's 1 of Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans.
- You need 50 grams of Salted Butter.
Cappuccino Mousse instructions
- Gently heat the marshmallows, butter, sugar, chocolate and espresso in a small saucepan and warm slowly until melted.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream to medium peaks when the cream starts to hold its shape fairly well.
- Remove the melted chocolate and marshmallow mixture from the heat and place into a large bowl. Stir gently to reduce the temperature to room temperature and then fold in the cream..
- Spoon the mix into 4 or 6 glasses.
